The Supreme Court on 16.10.2012 modified its interim order [earlier passed] and thus restrained the Delhi government from levying enhanced court fee on filing of Cheque-bounce cases, written statements, and review of judgments.
The enhancement of the court fee vide Delhi Court fee (Amendment) Act, 2012 has been severely criticized.
