Delhi Govt. has notified Court Fee
(Delhi Amendment) Act, 2012, by which it has brought major changes in the rates
of court fees.
The new amendments is enforced with
effect from 01.08.2012 and thus the revised rates are applicable to the filings
since 01.08.2012.
The deficiency of the court fee in
respect of the filing during the period from 01.08.2012 to 02.10.2012 is also
required to be paid and from 03.10.2012, filings only with the new rates are
required to be made as per new amendments.
